How much does PMP certification cost?
The short answer
Costs include the PMI exam fee, preparation materials or courses, and optionally a PMI membership. Candidates should check PMI's official website for current, live fee structures.
The baseline cost is the official exam fee paid directly to PMI. PMI offers a reduced exam fee to active members; therefore, many candidates choose to purchase a PMI membership before registering for the exam.
In addition to official fees, candidates should account for the cost of fulfilling the 35 contact hours requirement and any supplementary preparation materials or boot camps.
